Privacy and cookies
This is a demo website. Fennel & Ash is not a real restaurant and none of the forms on this site send, store or share what you type.
What a live version would cover
On a real restaurant site, this page explains who is responsible for your data, what is collected when you book a table, join the mailing list or buy a voucher, how long it is kept and how to ask for it to be deleted. We write it with you in plain English and keep it in line with UK GDPR.
Cookies
The cookie banner is built into the site. Nothing that needs your consent runs until you agree, and you can change your mind at any time with the Cookie settings link at the bottom of every page.
- Necessary. Keeps the site working and remembers your cookie choice. Always on.
- Analytics. Only if you agree. Counts visits and shows which pages help, for example with Google Analytics.
- Marketing. Only if you agree. Measures adverts, for example with Meta Pixel or Google Ads.
On this demo no analytics or advertising tags are installed, so nothing is collected whichever you choose. Change your cookie settings.
Your browser
Your cookie choice is kept in your browser’s local storage so you are not asked on every page. If you open a personalised preview link, the business name you were sent is kept in session storage so it stays the same as you move between pages. None of it leaves your device.
