Every common job has a fixed price. Bigger jobs get a written quote first. Labour is charged in clear blocks with no call-out fee, and we always agree the cost before we start.

The small print, in big letters
How we charge
- Prices include VAT. Parts are extra unless the price says “fitted”.
- Labour after the first hour is charged per half hour, and we tell you before we go over.
- Gas work is carried out by engineers on the Gas Safe Register. Ask to see their ID card.
- 12-month guarantee on all labour, plus the manufacturer’s warranty on parts.
- Pay by card, bank transfer or monthly finance on jobs over £1,000.
