Do you charge for coming out?
No. There is never a call-out charge. You pay for labour in clear blocks of time and for any parts, and we tell you the price before we start.
Are your engineers Gas Safe registered?
Yes. Every engineer who works on gas appliances is on the Gas Safe Register, and you can ask to see their ID card before they start. On a live site, each engineer’s registration number would be listed here.
How quickly can you fit a new boiler?
Usually within 48 hours of you accepting the quote, and in an emergency we can often fit the next day. Most combi swaps take one day.
Can I spread the cost?
Yes. New boilers and bathrooms can be paid monthly over two to ten years, subject to status. The quote tool shows a monthly example for every option.
