Is there a contract?
No. Monthly memberships roll month to month and you can cancel with 30 days notice. Annual plans are paid up front.
Can I freeze my membership?
Yes, for up to three months a year, for travel, injury or anything else.
Do I need an induction?
It is free and we recommend it. A coach will show you the floor and check your squat and hinge.
How does 24/7 access work?
You get in with a code in the Ironwell app. The building is covered by CCTV and there is a help point on every floor.
