How we help
Reassurance first, then gentle movement, hands-on treatment and a plan to build your back’s strength.
3 to 5 sessions is typical
One to try at home
Cat and cow
- Start on hands and knees
- Round your back up towards the ceiling, tucking your chin
- Then let your belly drop and lift your chest, moving with your breath
10 slow rounds, morning and evening
Stop if it makes your pain worse, and check with a physio first if you are not sure.
